Please allow 3-5 business days, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), to process your order. *Please note that orders placed after 12pm EST will not be processed until the following day.
Free Ground shipping is available on all orders shipped within the continental US. Orders are shipped via FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped via 2nd Day Air. We are unable to accommodate Free 2nd Day air for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.
***Please note that expedited orders require one business day processing time and will not ship the same day the order was placed. Expedited orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not ship until Monday.
Due to the nature of our business, we require a direct signature for all packages. If you are unable to sign for your package, you may contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX to arrange a hold for pickup at your nearest FedEX location.
You may return your purchase for refund or exchange within 30 days after receipt of order as long as the merchandise has not been used, and is returned in the original packaging. Be sure to indicate whether you are exchanging or returning for credit. Return to: Please return in the same shipping box your order was received in. Place product in the black drawstring GUN TOTE'N MAMAS™ pouch that it came in. This will protect the beautiful leather and bag during transit and ensure a full refund/exchange value. Use the provided return label and attach securely onto the outside of sealed box. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We suggest and urge you to get a tracking number for your return package. You will be able to track on the carrier's website and see if we have received your box in order to process your exchange/refund.
NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable.

All leathers do NOT act the same. Every leather has its own personality.
Most important, how each bag is sewn will influence this as well. The number one difference in our bags is the padded compartment for the firearm. That padding is not only to protect the gun and to prevent imprinting as the leather softens, but it prevents the bag itself from sagging around the gun. This point is CRITICAL. The gun must ALWAYS be stored in a position that it can INSTANTLY be drawn in a split second – if the bag sags around the gun it will cause enough of a delay to try and remove the gun and could cost you your life.
We take our clients protection seriously, this construction point will never change and has been proven throughout our product testing since 2009.
We have a ONE YEAR wear and tear warranty on our bags unless stated otherwise by a GTM representative. If you have any questions on an issue with your GTM product please contact us by email and be prepared to send photos and information as needed.
